Manufacturing Constraints
We can build and ship common trusses clear spanning up to 110’-0” and 13’-11” tall in on piece.

Trusses over 13’-11” tall can be built using piggy back (cap) trusses as shown above.
Max height for mono truss is still 13’-11” however, one can measure this perpendicular to the top chord.

The max depth for 4x2 floor trusses is 30” deep and the max one piece length is 44’-0”. If one needs deeper floor trusses we can change the lumber orientation to the 2x4 direction and build them at any depth. For span charts on floors see the floor truss section on the website.

Attic trusses have the same outside constraints as the commons above, but, the max room width is L/d <=22 and a deflection of L/360 max. That is, the max room width would be about 20’ with 2x material. We can build the bottom as a flat truss and get almost unlimited room width if needed.
